Today, our fourth installation of a custom build SSCC management system goes live in one of our client’s largest factories in Europe. The system tracks all produced pallets and implements custom workflows for the different QA hold/releases types. This system interfaces directly with the pallet dispatch systems and third party warehouses without manual intervention and keeps an up to date audit log. The system includes logic for various types of rework and includes reports used for performance optimisation. The information stored is globally available in Europe.
The existing installations have processed more than 1,000,000 pallets until to date. This covers a line from Stellendam to Marseille if you put all pallets next to each other.
